I am currently working on a leadership program curriculum that I am release in our school for September. The first module is based on the books called Emotional Intelligence and Primal Leadership by the same author. I believe this is super leadership material for children and adults.
They found through research that five areas predicted children level of future success better than IQ alone. They called these five areas - emotional intelligence.
