Okay now, this challenge is getting difficult. I just finished Week 5 day 1. Some of the sets, I did the pushups until muscle failure. I could barely eek out the pushups for the max set.
It looks like day 2 and day 3 are adding additional sets. Whoa Nellie, hold on it’s going to be a wild ride for the last two weeks. If I can't successfully complete week 5, then the program suggests repeating the week. I may need to take them up on that offer.
