I was reading Tim Ferriss's Blog and he directed readers to take the Harvard Implicit Association Test (IAT) for race. It's a real eye opener. I bet you come up as racially biases, regardless of your race.
I guess the point of the test is just like many feelings, we display biases - even if they are subconscious. Just like feelings of anger, we choose are response to these feelings and biases. We need to fight and constantly monitor them.
True mastery does not lie in having no feelings or biases but choosing our response to them.
