L.A. Burger


Here's a great burger topped with an Avocado Relish and Watercress. The burger was so tempting that Ace jumped up on the kitchen chair hoping to get a bite.

Ingredients
Ground Beef Chuck
Monterey Jack Cheese
Tomato
Watercress
Hamburger Bun
2 Avocado
1/2 small onion
1 minced Jalapeno
Juice of 1 Lime
3 tbsp chopped cilantro
Salt and pepper

Make Avocado Relish by mixing 2 chopped Avocado, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, cilantro, and salt and pepper.

Shape the Ground Beef Chuck into 6 ounce patties, no thicker than 3/4 thick. Make a depression in the center with your thumb so the burger won't bulge. Preheat grill to high. Brush burgers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill until golden brown and slightly charred, turning once. Add Monterey Jack Cheese for last minute of cooking.

Assemble burger by placing patty and cheese on bottom bun followed by the tomato, watercress, and avocado relish.
