Home Kickboxing Heavy Bag Workout Routine -- 6 minutes

Today's 6-min kickboxing workout routine on the heavy bag.

For this home workout, you'll need a heavy bag and an interval timer. I use the Gymboss

Workout Breakdown
Jab (30 sec)
Jab-Cross (30sec)
Jab-Cross-Hook Punch (30sec)
Jab-Cross-Hook-Cross (30sec)
Lead leg Round Kick (30sec)
Jab-Cross-Hook-Cross-Lead leg Round Kick (30sec)
(Repeat on other side)

Set your Gymboss timer for 12 rounds of 30 second intervals.

Heavy bag work is fantastic for stress relief, thanks for the video and information. Not only stress relief but weight loss in adults also. I have a guy who has lost 9 kilos (Nearly 19 pounds) in 3 months working on pads and bags.
