Jab (30 sec)
Jab-Cross-Hook Punch (30sec)
Lead leg Round Kick (30sec)
Jab-Cross-Hook-Cross-Lead leg Round Kick (30sec)

Set your Gymboss timer for 12 rounds of 30 second intervals.
