Reverse Punch Fake Setup for a Round Kick in Sparring

This is a six phase workout that teaches how to use a fake to setup up your round kick. The first three phases are with the focus mitts and the final three phases are with sparring gloves. This workout is completed with some rounds of sparring.

Phase 1 - with focus mitts Fake Reverse Punch/ Back Leg Round Kick
Phase 2 - with focus mitts Fake Reverse Punch/ Lead Leg Round Kick
Phase 3 - with focus mitts Fake Reverse Punch followed up with Lead Leg or Back Leg Round Kick
Phase 4 - Sparring - Fake Reverse Punch/ Back Leg Round Kick
Phase 5 Sparring - Fake Reverse Punch/ Lead Leg Round Kick
Phase 6 Sparring - Fake Reverse Punch followed up with Lead Leg or Back Leg Round Kick
