Highlights from my second day in Reading, MA at Elite Freestyle Karate for my Fast Defense Certification. The second day, we worked on the Art of the Woofer.
Predators interview ~asking questions ~ to potential victims to determine if they will be an easy victim. This activity is called woofing. This is Ester and I practicing the role of the woofer.
I found playing the woofing parts was actually not difficult and very fun. We also practiced the coaching part. Watch to the end of the video to see some funny scenarios performed by the master woofer - Bill Kipp.
