Here's so Day two footage from Ester and my trip to Reading, MA at Elite Freestyle Karate for my Fast Defense Certification. This is the afternoon when we get the Predator Armor on and run through some scenarios with the suit. We started slow and then build the speed up to 100% intensity.
Hidden within this video is some self-defense gems that helps you understand the psychology of a predator plus I get kneed and eye poked a hundred times. I am the guy with the dark grey/ charcoal t-shirt underneath the suit.
