Highlights from my first day in Reading, MA at Elite Freestyle Karate for my Fast Defense Certification. The first day, we worked on the first part of the Fast Defense System. Also, we go the chance to watch Bill Kipp and Dik Chance teach a Children's Bully Defense and Abduction Safety Seminar along with taking the adult Fast Defense course.
