Healthy Tuna Stir Fry



Don't have much time? This Tuna Stir Fry can be made in minutes. To make it even quicker, you can buy frozen vegetables to minimize the chopping.

Ingredients
Olive Oil
1 Yellow Onion
Zest of One Lime
3 cloves Garlic, minced
2 tbsp Ginger, minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
12 oz can Tuna
Juice of One Lime

Heat oil over High Heat. Saute Onion, Lime zest, Garlic, Ginger, salt and pepper for 2 minutes. Add carrots and celery stalks and cook for 5 minutes. Add the tuna and Lime juice and cook for one minute. Serve.
