Just in Time For the Holidays HIIT Training Workout

Sometimes during the Holidays with shopping, decorating, kid's events, holiday office parties, it's difficult to find the time to head to the gym to workout.

This Home High Intensity Interval Training Workout is just in time for the holiday to sculpt and tone your body with body weight exercises.

You will need your Gymboss Interval Timer for the workout

Workout Breakdown
Set your Gymboss timer for 8 rounds of 15 sec. rest. and 45 sec. exercise.
Round 1 Half Burpee
Round 2 Pushup Downward Dog with alternating Leg Lifts
Round 3 & 4 Side Crunches

Repeat again for a total of 8 rounds
