Workout Breakdown
Set your Gymboss timer for 8 rounds of 15 sec. rest. and 45 sec. exercise.
Round 1 Half Burpee
Round 2 Pushup Downward Dog with alternating Leg Lifts
Round 3 & 4 Side Crunches
Repeat again for a total of 8 rounds
