4 Favorite Kickboxing Strength Training Exercises

Do these 4 exercises for 45 sec intervals with 15 sec. rest between exercises. Repeat for 3 sets of each exercise.

Sit-ups with Punches
Plank and Punch
Kick with a Spartan Bow
