Ingredients
1 lb Grass Fed Ground Beef
1 Onion, chopped
2 Tomatoes, chopped
1 can (16 oz) Red Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (8oz) Tomato Sauce
2 Bay Leafs
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Hot Sauce to taste
Add beef, onion, and pepper to a medium saucepan and cook over medium heat until beef is browned and onions and peppers are sauteed. Add rest of ingredients to saucepan. Cover and simmer for one hour. Remove bay leave. Add hot sauce to taste and serve.
