Wild Blackberry Fruit Leather Sun Dried

Today, I taking some blackberries I picked and making a primitive fruit leather out of it.

First step is to crush the blackberries up by squeezing all the juice out of them. Then, take the crushed berries and run them through a strainer.to get the seeds out. Cover the fruit leather in a dish and place in the sun.

If I did this again, I would boil it down to speed up the sun drying.
