My Simple Kale Chip Recipe

My daughter gave me some extra kale so I decided to make it into kale chips using my dehydrator.

2 Bunches Kale
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Sea Salt

First, destem the kale leaves and cut or tear them into bite size chips. Put kale piece into a large mixing bowl. Add Olive Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Salt. Mix until the kale chips are well coated. Lay the kale chips in dehydrator in one layer. Set the dehydrator to 135° F. Let dehydrate until the kale is completely dry and crisp.
