Check out this Friday's Home Kickboxing Workout
Start on your Left Guard Stance and perform the following sequence without breaks
20 Punch Squats
20 Fight Lunge
5 Pushups
20 Mountain Climber
5 Pushups
Repeat on Right Side
For more of a challenge repeat the whole set with 30 second break in between sets.
