NFL Core Training

    • 10 reps each arm – Sit up hold w/ Medicine ball Front Raise
    • 30 Sec Plank
    • 30 Sec Plank w/ core tilt (like your spilling coins out of your pocket)
    • 30 Sec Side Plank with Medicine Ball Lateral raise on each side
    • 10 reps each arm – Sit up hold w/ Medicine ball chest fly
    • 4 sets of 10 reps each side Sit up rotation Punches in bag
