Okay, I am back to the ways of Whey Protein. I started consuming whey protein again to boost the my protein intake. The intensity of my recent workouts are requiring more protein for recovery.
I made this Protein Shake recipe up. We had some bananas that were getting overripe and some yogurt in the refrigerator, which became the inspiration for this shake.
1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein
1 cup skim milk
4 ounces Vanilla Yogurt
6 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall glass.
